Request a DonorID Password Reset

  1. Click Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button.

It may take up to 15 minutes for the reset email to land in your inbox, and you may need to check your spam or junk folders.

If you attempt to reset multiple times, you must access the most recent email, as any previous links will expire if a new one is requested.

Complete DonorID Password Reset

  1. You will receive an email titled: Anedot - Reset password instructions
    ​*The email will be sent from [email protected].

  2. Click the Reset password button.

  3. Enter a new password

  4. Confirm the new password

  5. Click Submit.

Password Requirements:

  1. Must be 8 or more characters

  2. Must be complex - Increase complexity by adding more words, letters, numbers, and special characters (!@#$%^&*)

  3. Must not include parts of your name or email address

  4. Password confirmation must match
