An Email Receipt is automatically sent when a donation is successfully submitted and an email address has been provided on the donation form. Please allow a few minutes for the email receipt to arrive in your inbox.

If you did not receive an email receipt for your donation, please check your spam or junk folders.

If you did not enter an email address for your donation or are unable to locate the email receipt, please fill out a Receipt Request form via Donorsupport.com. Our team is happy to resend your email receipt!

Notice: Anedot provides organizations the ability to send Year-End Receipts or Tax Statements for donations. Please contact the organization you donated to directly to request a tax statement. Learn more here.

Additionally, your donation history may be viewed within your DonorID, a free service provided by Anedot. Within your DonorID, you may also manage recurring commitments, and save payment methods for an expedited checkout experience. A DonorID is not required to make donations through Anedot.

  • If you need to create a DonorID, you may do so here. Please be sure to create your DonorID using the same email address you provided when submitting your donations.
