Cancel Commitment through Email Receipt

Recurring commitments can be easily canceled from your email receipt. Locate the receipt email within your email inbox by searching for Anedot, then click Cancel Commitment at the bottom of the receipt.

Cancel Commitment through your DonorID

To cancel a commitment through your DonorID, first, log in to your DonorID here (use the same email associated with your commitment).

Next, access the Commitments tab from the left side of your dashboard

Tip: If you do not see your donation records within your DonorID, be sure to verify your email address. Records will not be displayed until your email address has been confirmed. An email would have been sent to your email inbox. Please contact our Support team at DonorSupport.com if you are unable to locate the verification email.

From the Commitment tab within your DonorID, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Actions button next to the commitment you want to cancel.

  2. Click Cancel

  3. Provide the reason for your cancellation request.

  4. Click Save

An email will be sent to you to confirm the cancellation.

Disclaimer: Canceling a commitment does not void or cancel a transaction that has already occurred. If you would like to stop a transaction on the same day as your commitment cancellation, please contact our Support team at DonorSupport.com.

Voids can only be issued for transactions before 8 PM EST on the same day the transaction was processed.
