How to make changes to your commitment(s)

Updates to recurring commitments can be easily managed with your DonorID. To make adjustments to your commitment, check out the steps listed below!

Log in to your DonorID

Login to your DonorID here (use the same email associated with your commitment)

Can't log in? If you receive an error message when attempting to log in to your DonorID, please contact our team here. It is possible that the password you've entered is incorrect, you've been locked out due to too many login attempts, or you do not have a DonorID set up yet.

Access Commitments Tab

Access the Commitments tab on the left side of your dashboard.

Tip: If you do not see your donation or commitment records within your DonorID, be sure to confirm your email address. Records will not be displayed until your email address has been confirmed. An email would have been sent to your email inbox. Please contact our Support team at DonorSupport.com if you are unable to locate a confirmation email. The email used for your DonorID must match the email on your donation records.

Edit Commitments

  1. Click the Actions button next to the commitment you want to update.

  2. Click Edit

  3. In the Edit Commitment popup window, you can make changes to your commitment or select the new payment method by scrolling down.

  4. Click Save before exiting!

Your commitment is now updated! Updates will be reflected in future donations.
