Reactivate a Commitment

To reactivate an inactive recurring commitment, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your DonorID here (use the same email associated with your commitment)

Unable to log in successfully? If you receive an error message when attempting to log in to your DonorID, please contact our team here. It is possible that the password you've entered is incorrect, you've been locked out due to too many login attempts, or you do not have a DonorID set up yet.

2. Next, access the Commitments tab from the left side of your dashboard.

Tip: If you do not see your donation or commitment records within your DonorID, be sure to confirm your email address. Records will not be displayed until your email address has been confirmed. An email would have been sent to your email inbox. Please send an email to [email protected] if you are unable to locate a confirmation email.

3. From the Commitments tab:

a. Click the Actions button next to the commitment you want to reactivate.

b. Click Resume

c. Success! Your commitment will now show an Active status.

If needed, you can then click Actions>Edit to make adjustments to your commitment.
